- All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except under the circumstances outlined below.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at threebyfourstudio@gmail.com. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.
- Custom and Personalized Orders
Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Three by Four Studio under extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
- Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
